Return Policy

The original shipping cost of $4.95 is non refundable.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Customers must email customer service at support@naturallyseriousskin.com to start the return. If shipment back to us is required, customers will pay for return shipping; prepaid labels are not provided.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method: Allow 3–5 business days for processing, plus 3–7 additional days for the refund to appear.
